On the nose, experience aromatic flavors of lemongrass, ginger, spring blossom and classic lemon with lime. Fresh on the palate, with citrus flavor and a tight vibrant acidic structure, finishing off with a long and clean. The Willows Vineyard is based in the Light Pass region of the Barossa Valley. The Scholz have been making and producing quality wine here since 1845. All for their Barossa wines are made from the fruit harvested in the single-family vineyard.
