Your subscription works on a month-to-month basis, meaning you’ll receive a variety of delicious wines to your door every month. Once you have selected and paid for your monthly subscription fee, your order will be packed and delivered to your address. On around the same day of every month, your monthly subscription fee will be deducted from your nominated account, then your monthly subscription will be packed and delivered to your address.
What is the difference between Classic and Premium wines?
Our classic wine collection contains everyday style wines, straightforward flavours for all occasions. Our premium wine collection contains regional style, fine wines, perfect for special occasions with family and friends.
What other benefits will I receive with my subscription?
You’ll receive a beautiful gift on your first order, along with your wine delivery. You’re entitled to reward points on every subscription purchase which will give cash discounts on orders. We are always running competitions and giveaways which are advertised on our homepage.
When will my order be delivered?
Most orders to metropolitan areas will be received within 5 working days for the date your monthly subscription fee is processed. For every other order, expect your delivery to come within 8 working days. We endeavour to deliver your order as soon as practically possible however, due to COVID-19 and imposing government restrictions, there may be a slight delay in your deliver.
