The Good Wine Club will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We keep all Personal Information in electronic form on encrypted and secure cloud servers, or via hard copy file. Some of this data will be stored on an offshore server in the United States of America, for storing and processing. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any data that is provided to a third party, is protected, and complies with legal obligations under the Privacy Act.
