Pandemic Response Delay
COVID-19 has affected the way in which parcels move throughout the country. Due to the restriction of movement and isolation orders, and an increase in health and safety protocols, there may be a delay in your order as our national delivery network are managing ongoing changes to their daily operations. If you are experiencing a delay, we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We endeavour to have your order delivered within the timeframe specified below. We assure you that our team, warehouse, and delivery partners are working hard to deliver your parcel efficiently and safely.
Receiving and Collecting your Order
We use Australia Post and other third-party carriers to deliver your order. Orders are delivered on Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm. We recommend you list your delivery address at a place where you will be available to accept your order.
Our delivery driver will attempt to deliver your order to you at your delivery address. If you are unavailable, your order may be left with an adult at your delivery address. Authority to leave options are available (if safe to do) however, you must provide us with specific instructions to do so.
If there is no safe place to leave your delivery, the driver will leave you with a collection card which you take to the local post office or depot, where you will be able to collect your order. You will have 10 days to collect your order before it is redirected back to our warehouse. If parcel delivery is not available in your area, your order will be sent to your nearest post office.
Most orders to Metropolitan areas will be received with 7 days. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1- 2 working days from when the order was placed. Once dispatched the following delivery times apply.

All orders over $299 will received FREE delivery. Most delivery fees to most metropolitan areas start at $10.99 per case. Your delivery fee will be based on your location and is this calculated at checkout. Your estimated delivery costs are as follows:

We deliver all over Australia with the exclusion of the Northern Territory, alcohol-free zones, and legally restricted areas. We do also deliver to the Australian Antarctic Territory, Christmas Island and Coco Islands.
We ask you inspect your wine within 24 hours of receiving you order. If you’ve received an item that is faulty or damaged, or if you have an issue with the product, please do not consume the product and contact our customer service team. If you are unsatisfied with your wine product in your subscription, you may make a claim under our Satisfaction Promise.
Tracking your Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number so, you can follow your order. If you have an Australia Post account, you may be able to change or update your delivery address, once out on delivery.
When you place an order for a subscription, your monthly fee (plus postage, if applicable) will be deducted from your account upon check out. On or around the same date of every month, second month or third month (depending on your plan) you will be charged the same amount with ongoing deliveries made until your subscription is cancelled.
For all gift shop and non-subscription-based liquor products, you will be billed when you make an online purchase. If you have insufficient funds in your account when payment is due, you will be prompted to update your payment details. If payment is not made in full, you will not receive your delivery.
Payment Detail Methods and Buy Now Pay Later
We take most forms of payment by credit card, debit card and digital wallet through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, or alternatively Paypal. We may have Buy Now, Pay Later options are available on selected products.
